Walk & Talk
I am hugely passionate about the benefits of being outdoors, exercising and spending time in nature on both our mental and physical wellbeing. I am fortunate to be based in East Devon with both Dartmoor and sections of the South West Coast Path on my doorstep and love to spend time outdoors with my clients.
Why outdoors?
I am a big believer in the benefits of spending time outdoors on our mental wellbeing. I have always loved being outdoors and found my love of walking over the oast 10 years or so.

in 2024 I completed the South West Coast Path - a 630mile trail around Devon, Cornwall & Dorset.
​
One huge lesson that I learnt on the path was how important perspective is, and how being outdoors helps with this. Even my biggest problems feel smaller when all you can see if cliffs and sea for miles. The walking gave me space and time to think things through, coupled with the physical process of moving forward and overcoming challenges (read, big hills!).

I work with clients in the outdoors, walking through our local towns, along canals and also venturing out in to the beautiful surrounding areas to help them also physically walk through their stuckness and make changes.
