Hi, I'm Sophie - thank you for taking a look at my page.

I'm an Accredited Coach and qualified Counsellor working individually with clients online, both short and longer term work. I am based in the South West, but as I work online you can be anywhere in the UK (or world!)
​
I am an Accredited Coach Practitioner (currently working towards Senior Practitioner status) and work with clients to make changes in their life - whether in a work or personal setting. I love helping people discover their values, set goals to live in a more meaningful way and support them in working out how to get there.

I am an also an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I am trained in various different theories, and will use different approaches depending on the client.
To me, the most important thing in both areas of my work is that we 'click' and are able to trust eachother. I also love to laugh and find the use of humour can be really helpful in the counselling and coaching rooms. ​I get a huge sense of satisfaction out of helping people move on in their lives.

Qualifications & Experience:
EMCC Coaching Practitioner
Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, including 800+hours working 1:1 with clients
BSc Psychology with Education
Rewind Therapy Practitioner
Devon County Council Domestic Abuse training
Introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming
